Jyoti Mudra
Jyoti (yoni) mudra is NOT A SECRET Kriya Yoga technique.
It is a very ancient meditation technique that is very common in India, this Divine light contemplation can bring you into direct communion with God. God is within everyone. Kriya Diksha is helpful but not absolutely needed to directly contemplate on God within.Practice Jyoti mudra/divine light like this:
- Place your hands over your eyes. in a particular manor that I can show in person.. also with one hand as shown in photo.
- Look into the third eye, and mentally chant Om, Om, Om,.. With each chant of Om look deeper into the third eye.
- Pause for a moment while still looking into the third eye.
- Repeat the process three times in total. At the end of the third cycle, keep your attention at the third eye; exhale and disregard your breathing.
- Look within the third eye for as long as you feel inclined. If your shoulders become tired use a baragon or rest your hands in your lap while continuing to meditate on divine light.
- As your concentration deepens with practice you will see a field of beautiful blue divine light.
- Meditate on that light.
Results are much more rapid if you have an enlightened Mahatma teach you how to perform this jyoti mudra.
