OM♥️
So when you're meditating, you're meditating in Om. That's what's referred to as Meditating in Om.
When you're meditating, you have no body. Your senses are picking up information from outside... but it's not becoming involved with anything at all (other than mentally).
In the meditation you will continue to have thoughts for a while... but they're not compelling. Some would be to think about something in particular, to continue to think about that when you are meditating. That's the tendency, that's what the mind is encouraging you to do. But as soon as a thought comes up... just have nothing to do with it. And it looks around and it leaves you because you're not engaging with it. The mind wants to be engaged..so you know the thought will go away and you ignore it, you don't interact with it. You don't think of..why am I having this though? Why am I still thinking? I want to meditate without thoughts. These are the thoughts you have about thoughts while you're meditating. Just ignore all of it – and continue to put your mind in the vibration of Om.
It's very easy to feel the vibration of Om. The vibration of Om is making everything in this world vibrate. The vibration is everywhere, everything is vibrating. So you're turning inward to feel that divine vibration that is supplying life... prana and energy to every living thing.
Meditation and connecting to God in meditation is easy, it isn't difficult. Just practice the technique. Without thinking about it, without deliberating over thoughts and problems and interests, renounce all of that and say "I'm going to meditate for one hour." And when your concentration wanes bring it back to the mantra – Hong Sau. And if wanes again you bring it back. You do that repeatedly and then you start to learn how to live in the spiritual realm, in the astral realm. And then you start to feel that vibration of Om is pulling me into Samadhi. You're not thinking about Samadhi, you're not anticipating Samadhi. Don't think about it, don't anticipate it.
That's what will happen if you continue to meditate every day, you're getting closer and closer to that divine energy pulling you in. The reason it doesn't pull you in right now is because you have a lot of connections to the outer world and those have to be weakened. If you still have a strong desire for interaction with worldliness, then divine Om pulling you inward is in conflict and this conflict can cause all sorts of eruptions.
Just simply practice. I observed the Mahatmas practicing. They just went about their life. The were free. They did what they wanted to do. They wanted to live a simple peaceful divine spiritual life.
You might to think we'll I've become involved in so many things. I wouldn't know where to begin to remove..just remove the simple things. You that by doing it physically. The things that you have in your room where you meditate... eliminate, give away or discard anything that you don't use or anything that you realistically never use, and you're going to start reducing the clutter. Then thoroughly clean the room, get everything in the room and put it in an organized way. It's going to improve your meditation. I guarantee it.
You think the technique is harder... well putting your room in order calms the mind when you go into a calm room. And then start on your house, start discarding things that are unnecessary. Make your life simpler and simpler. And then discard people. People that agitate your mind. Not family members but people, friends, people that you've known for a long time discard them by not giving energy to them. Not going out of the way to go to a planned event for example that isn't necessary... with people that are boisterous, loud - stay away from such people. Especially people that make you feel bad to be in their company. It's very harmful to your meditation. But when you are in the company of people continue to enjoy it... but be in the company of people that are pleasing. People that aren't loud and boisterous.
And then do the same with your food. Do the same with your recreation. Do the same with your reading. Stick with ancient simple scriptures. You can read the Gita over and over again in a lifetime. You might not understand everything thoroughly in the Gita..unless Divine Realization comes first then you'll understand.
The point of understanding all the knowledge in the universe is right Within you. When you were meditating, That which was meditating was you, That's you. And you can have that Divine Self Awareness easily through meditation.♥️
