THE EXPRESSION OF TRUE LOVE

The expression of True Love is not what we say or even so much what we feel.
True Love is expressed in what we do in every situation.

The four main actions of Love are; 
bringing kindness to all people and creatures; 
giving compassion to them by acting to remove their suffering; 
rejoicing when others are successful; 
and acting toward them with fairness, understanding and justice.

If you spontaneously express True Love in every situation you are authentically successful on the spiritual path.
